Mr. Razvan Munteanu – Independent member of the Supervisory Board

Education:

Razvan holds a Masters diploma in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute in Bucharest (Romania). Throughout his career he expanded his education through multiple banking, risk management and leadership courses, such as Consumer Financial Services from Harvard Business School and Leader Development Program from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Background:

With over 30 years of experience, Razvan has developed outstanding strategic skills, particularly in the retail and SME banking sectors. He has worked closely with supervisory boards, shareholders, and regulators, including during the successful IPO of Addiko Bank AG, a private equity bank.

He worked in various financial markets of Central and Eastern Europe, being based in Ukraine, Austria, Hungary, Belgium and Romania at various stages of his career, while holding both local execution roles and group leadership functions.

Over 20 years of experience in the banking sector in senior management positions. Experience as a member of the Management Board of Privatbank (Ukraine), Addiko Bank (Austria) and Raiffeisen Bank (Romania), and independent non-executive director of the Board, сhairman of the Audit Committee of FirstBank (Romania).

He was appointed to the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukreximbank" JSC in May 2023.
