Hanna Parkhomenko – Member of the Management Board

Education:

In 1996, Hanna graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing. She holds the ACCA international certification and Certified Auditor status.

Career:

Hanna has 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.

She joined the Ukrainian office of KPMG in 1996 and has served as a Partner in the Audit Department since 2009. In this role, Hanna was responsible for working with banks and financial companies.

She worked with International Financial Reporting Standards and national accounting standards. Hanna has deep expertise in collaborating with major banks, Management Boards, Supervisory Boards, and regulatory authorities. Also, she has extensive experience in assessing bank stability.

On January 16, 2026, the Supervisory Board of Ukreximbank JSC appointed her as a Member of the Management Board. On February 2, 2026, Hanna officially assumed her duties.
