State-owned Ukreximbank has initiated the sale of claims under credit obligations of several legal entities belonging to one of Ukraine’s automotive market operators, which operates in the areas of supply, distribution, retail sales, and servicing of vehicles.

The first auction for the sale of this asset, using the Dutch auction model, is scheduled for June 8, 2026.

Asset Description

The debt of a group of companies engaged in the automotive business and related activities is offered for sale as a single lot.

Automotive business:

• import and distribution of vehicles;
• retail sales of new and used vehicles;
• maintenance and repair services (service stations);
• wholesale of spare parts, lubricants, and related products.

Related business activities:

• financial sector (insurance, leasing, lending, investments, asset management);
• construction;
• transport services;
• customs brokerage services.

Investment Attractiveness

The claims under the credit agreements are secured by various types of liquid assets, which enhances the investment appeal of the offering.

Collateral structure includes:

• commercial real estate;
• land plots;
• movable property;
• corporate rights (equity stakes);
• financial guarantees from legal entities.

Key collateral assets:

• a large property complex in Hora village (Kyiv region):
• land plots totaling over 7 hectares;
• car dealerships, showroom complexes, and service centers with a total area of 18,726.8 sq. m;
• a customs cargo complex in the Makariv district of the Kyiv region;
• an automotive complex in Kyiv (showroom, service station, warehouse and auxiliary premises) with a total area of 3,319.7 sq. m;
• commercial real estate located in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk.

Auction Format

The sale will take place as an open electronic auction using the Dutch model on the Prozorro.Sale platform, ensuring transparency, competitiveness, and equal access for all market participants.
