Ukreximbank continues the systematic modernization of its regional infrastructure to enhance management efficiency, strengthen customer focus, and develop a modern service model across Ukraine.
In 2025, the Bank began transitioning to a new management model that provides for the creation of five major regional branches located in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Kharkiv, each overseeing subordinate offices in the regions. These branches will be responsible for business development and comprehensive customer service within their respective territories.
In April 2026, the transformation of the Western Region will take place, with its central branch located in Lviv. It will serve clients in the Volyn, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, and Chernivtsi regions. Representative offices will operate in Rivne, Lutsk, Khmelnytskyi, and Ivano-Frankivsk. As part of the network optimization, the decision was made to close the branches in Uzhhorod, Chernivtsi, and Ternopil. At the same time, clients of these branches will continue to receive full and high‑quality service through online channels and the Western Region branch.
The next step will be the transformation of the Central Region, and detailed information on these changes will be provided separately.
Ukreximbank continues to invest in innovation, optimize operational processes, and expand online service capabilities, ensuring reliable access to banking services regardless of customers’ location.
The transformation of the regional network will enable the Bank to respond effectively to the needs of businesses and local communities, deepen regional expertise, and ensure sustainable development across the country.
