On June 19, 2024, JSC "Ukreximbank" received a letter of notification from the National Bank of Ukraine on the approval of Victor V. Ponomarenko for the position of Chairman of the Bank's Management Board.

To ensure an effective transition, with the agreement of Victor Ponomarenko and the Supervisory Board Victor Ponomarenko will start his work as the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Ukreximbank" on July 1, 2024.

Victor Ponomarenko’s track record of leadership in the banking sector is over 24 years, twenty of which he worked for “ProCreditBank” JSC, part of ProCredit Holding (Germany), an international financial holding company. Since 2012, Victor Ponomarenko has been the Chairman of the Management Board of “ProCreditBank” JSC.
