On 15 January 2024, the first meeting of the new Supervisory Board of the State Export - Import Bank of Ukraine was held. The Supervisory Board of Ukreximbank started its work in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 19-r dated 12 January 2024.

The following members of the Supervisory Board were appointed as representatives of the state: Oleksandr Bevz, Yuriy Butsa, and Viktoriya Strakhova.

As independent members, the Supervisory Board includes Sylvia Yumi Gansser-Potts, Razvan Munteanu, Robert S. Kossmann, Dominique Menu, and Rostyslav Futalo.

The new composition of the Supervisory Board is aimed at strengthening corporate governance, ensuring the qualitative renewal of the state bank, which will allow it to effectively fulfill the tasks set by the Government following the priorities of the country's economic development in the context of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine.

Ukreximbank’s members of the Supervisory Board have many years of experience in various fields, in particular, corporate governance, compliance, strategic management, risk management, digital transformation, finance and audit, distressed asset management, investment activities, and international cooperation.

The collective experience of the Supervisory Board members covers a variety of areas, offering the strategic approach to the Bank's management, as well as protecting the rights of depositors, other creditors, and the Bank's shareholder.
