The National Bank of Ukraine, by letter No. 27-0006/55853 dated 16.06.2026, informed “Ukreximbank” JSC of approval of Ruslan Grytsenko for the position of the member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board. The Resolution dated 15.06.2026 was agreed by the NBU Committee on Banking Supervision (No. 24/426-рк).

Ruslan Grytsenko is a Candidate of Economic Sciences, Doctoral Candidate, and an experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in the banking sector. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at both commercial banks and the National Bank of Ukraine.

His professional expertise includes crisis management, strategic transformation of banking operations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

He graduated with a master’s degree in law from the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and holds a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree from the Institute for Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
