State-owned Ukreximbank announces the appointment of Hanna Parkhomenko as a Member of the Bank’s Management Board, responsible for financial activities. This decision was made by the Bank’s Supervisory Board.

Hanna has 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. She joined the Ukrainian office of KPMG in 1996 and has served as a Partner in the Audit Department since 2009. In this role, Hanna was responsible for working with banks and financial companies.

Hanna holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kyiv National Economic University. Her key professional qualifications include the ACCA international certification and Certified Auditor status.

Throughout her career, Hanna has worked with major banks and collaborated with Management Boards, Supervisory Boards, and regulatory authorities.

Her professional expertise includes:

• Transformation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Audit of financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing for leading Ukrainian and international banks and companies;
• Provision of recommendations to improve internal control systems and business processes.

Hanna has extensive experience in assessing bank stability in accordance with the methodology outlined in the Regulation on the Assessment of the Stability of Banks and the Banking System of Ukraine, approved by the National Bank of Ukraine.
