In accordance with the letter of the National Bank of Ukraine received by JSC Ukreximbank on June 19, 2024, on June 18, 2024 the Management Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decided to approve Viktor Ponomarenko as a candidate for the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Ukreximbank.

By its resolution dated June 26, 2024, the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukreximbank appointed Viktor Ponomarenko as the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank on the basis of the National Bank of Ukraine's approval of him as a candidate for this position effective July 1, 2024.

The Supervisory Board of the Bank, by its resolution dated June 26, 2024, also appointed Maksym Zemlianyi as a member of the Management Board (Chief Operational Officer) effective July 1, 2024.
