Please be informed that on February 21, 2022, in full compliance with the official announcement of Ukreximbank JSC on the procedure and stages of the competition for the position of the Chairperson of the Management Board, executive search firm Korn Ferry determined and submitted to the Appointment and Remuneration Committee of the Bank's Supervisory Board a short-list of three participants admitted to the second stage of the competitive selection for the position of the Chairperson of the Management Board.

Taking into account the situation in the country due to the significant increase in the threat of military escalation, having received the consent of all participants from the shortlist, the Bank's Supervisory Board made a decision to conduct the second stage of the competitive selection (including personal interviews with the members of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee of the Bank's Supervisory Board and interview(s) of the selected finalist(s) with the Supervisory Board) on February 24 and 25, 2022.

FOR CONTEXT: As previously reported, on December 1, 2021, JSC Ukreximbank signed an agreement with the international organizational and consulting company Korn Ferry, which is conducting the process of selecting candidates for the position of the Chairperson of the bank’s Management Board.
