Yuriy Terentyev – Member of the Supervisory Board, representative of the State from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy
Graduate of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University: the Institute of International Relations with a degree in International Law (1998) and with a degree in Finance (2000).
Has managerial experience in the implementation of investment projects, retail and wholesale, heavy industry, public administration, as well as in-depth legal expertise in the practices of antitrust, corporate and commercial law, interaction with public authorities and international trade.
In 1995-1997, was as a lawyer of the DML-Law consulting firm.
In 1997-2000, worked as a lawyer at UPSA Medica Ukraine, enterprise with foreign investments, and at the representative office of Bristol Myers Squibb International LTD (Great Britain) in Ukraine.
In 2000-2002, was a Legal Adviser at JT International Company Ukraine CJSC (Japan Tobacco International Ukraine).
In 2002-2012, held senior positions in the Ukrainian office of Metro Cash & Carry during the launch of the group's retail and wholesale business in Ukraine.
In 2012-2015, was Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih. As a Chief Legal Adviser, successfully protected the company's interests in important court proceedings.
In 2015-2020, headed the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Since March 2021, became a partner of Redcliffe Partners law firm (specializing in supporting projects in the practices of antitrust, corporate and commercial law, and interaction with government authorities).
In March 2021, was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukreximbank".
