Executive MBA from a leading business school IMD (Switzerland). MBA in banking from Banking School named after Vadim Hetman (Ukraine). Diploma of Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy.

Background:

Over 25 years of professional experience in financial and real sectors of economy.

In 1998-2015 worked in leading international investment funds and banks, including Western NIS Enterprise Fund, Bank Austria Creditanstalt, HypoVereins Bank, Ukrsotsbank, Unicredit Bank.

Since 2015 has worked as a top manager responsible for strategic and financial development in top Ukrainian and international agrarian holdings.

Mr. Vynyarsky’s main competences are corporate banking, expertise in the agriculture sector and structuring of financial transactions for Ukrainian producers and exporters (including pre-export financing, project finance, syndicated transactions, ECA financing, etc.)
