Mr. Andrii MANANNIKOV,

Appointed by the Supervisory Council on November 4, 2010.

Born in 1968.

Professional experience: in banking over 13 years. Worked at the Security Division of JSC First Ukrainian International Bank; Deputy Head and Head of the Security and Information Protection Service with JSC Ukrainian Business Bank. Has wide experience in workout management.

In June 2010 was appointed to the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the Group of Advisors to the Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukreximbank.

Education: Kharkiv Higher Military Armor Command School.

Responsibilities: as Member of the Board of JSC Ukreximbank, co-ordinates activities of the Security and Protection of Electronic Information Divisions and supervises Collateral Management and Problem Loans Management Divisions of the Bank.
