The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in proceeding with its non-dividend policy towards Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (the JSC Ukreximbank), has approved the increase in the share capital of the JSC Ukreximbank through capitalisation of profits gained in 2007.

Ukreximbank awarded by EBRD for the Best Export Finance Transaction
On May 17, 2008, in the course of 2008 Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Kiev, Ukraine, Joint Stock Company the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (the JSC Ukreximbank) was awarded by EBRD for the Best Export Finance Transaction in 2007 effected within the framework of EBRD Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP).

JSC "Ukreximbank" signed Memorandum of Understanding with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd
During the solemn Ceremony held on April 4, 2008 in Tokyo with participation of Mr. Kapustin, Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukreximbank the Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine and its long standing partner - the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (BTMU), the top bank of Japan.

Singapore, 1 of April, 2008 The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between JSC Ukreximbank and ECICS Limited (ECICS) that is an official ECA of Singapore and provides insurance cover for financing of supplies of goods and services of Singapore origin.

Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (the JSC Ukreximbank) announces the recent signing of the one-year US$345mn Syndicated Term Loan Facility, re-opening syndicated loan market for Ukrainian banks in 2008 and re-financing its Apr2007 Term Loan Facility for US$325mn.
