19 may 2010Ukreximbank awarded with the International Star for Leadership in QualityOn April 19, 2010, Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank) received the International Star for Leadership in Quality Award for its commitment to quality and innovations.
The Award is conferred on the companies for their dedication to continuous improvement, abiding by the principles of the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.) – created QC100 model of Total Quality Management. QC100 model is a formula for business success that values commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, communication, benchmarking, information analysis, leadership, planning and decision-making, HR, continuous training, production systems, and business results.
According to the B.I.D., the 2010 International Quality Trophy was presented to the companies “that best adhere to excellence and innovation in their practices, putting quality number one”.
