26 september 2008Ukreximbank Signed Framework Agreement with China Development BankDuring the meeting at Ukreximbank premises on September 26, 2008 the Framework Agreement was signed between Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine and China Development Bank.
The Framework agreement stipulates basic principles on mutual cooperation aimed to provide appropriate and competitive financial instruments to the clients of two banks, to promote the Sino-Ukraine cooperation in commercial and financial fields and to enhance the understanding to the markets of each other.
Note: China Development Bank was founded in March 1994, it has 32 branches and 4 representative offices across the country. The main shareholder of the bank is government. This Bank actively supports development of infrastructure sector.
