17 may 2008Ukreximbank awarded by EBRD for the Best Export Finance TransactionOn May 17, 2008, in the course of 2008 Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Kiev, Ukraine, Joint Stock Company the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (the JSC Ukreximbank) was awarded by EBRD for the Best Export Finance Transaction in 2007 effected within the framework of EBRD Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP).
Having joined EBRD TFP just a year ago, during 2007 EBRD Annual Meeting in Kazan, Ukreximbank receives its second award for the efficient utilization of EBRD trade-related facility.
In February 2008, Trade & Forfaiting Review Magazine named pre-export financing deal by Ukreximbank as a borrower on behalf of Azovzagalmash and SMBC Dubai as financing bank, which was partially guaranteed by the EBRD under the TFP, “DEAL OF THE YEAR”.
