20 december 2007Ukreximbank signs USD 90 million Club Loan FacilityJoint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (the JSC Ukreximbank) announces the recent signing of the US$90mn Club Loan Facility.
The following banks participated in the transaction: ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Bayerische Landesbank, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Bank AG London, HSBC Bank plc, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (Europe) Limited and Swedbank AB.
The facility has a tenor of 364 days, and pays a margin of 0.80% p.a. over Libor.
The facility will be used for general corporate finance purposes including financing of export-import activities of the JSC Ukreximbank clients.
