14 february 2007Ukreximbank increases its share capital through capitalization of profitsThe Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in proceeding with non-dividend policy, has approved the increase in the share capital of the JSC Ukreximbank through capitalisation of profits gained in 2006.
In accordance with Resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.02.2007 No 210, share capital of the JSC Ukreximbank has been increased by UAH 367,583,000 to UAH 1,286,000,000.
In 2006, the JSC Ukreximbank increased its share capital by UAH 174,417,000 out of profits gained in 2005.
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (the Government) owns 100% shares of the JSC Ukreximbank.
