5 june 2006The Government approves increase in statutory capital of UkreximbankIn accordance with the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 6 June 2006, the Bank’s share capital was increased by UAH 174,417 thousand through capitalisation of profits. All shares have equal voting rights.
As at 30 June 2006, the Bank’s authorised issued share capital comprised 918,417 (31 December 2005: 744,000) ordinary shares, with a nominal value of UAH 1,000 per share.
