Moody s assigns Ba2 rating to Loan Participation Notes to be issued

Moody s Investors Service has assigned Ba2 rating to Loan Participation Notes to be issued on a limited recourse basis by Credit Suisse First Boston International for the sole purpose of funding a loan to the JSC Ukreximbank. The outlook for the rating is stable. According to Moody s, the rating “is based on the fundamental credit quality of Ukreximbank, state-owned bank which, apart from acting as government agent, is engaged in commercial banking activities and ranked as Ukraine s sixth-largest bank in terms of total assets as at 30 June 2005”
