HBOR and the JSC Ukreximbank have signed a Memorandum of Understanding

Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak (Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, HBOR) and the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (the JSC Ukreximbank) last night signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The MOU was signed by Anton Kova ev, HBOR President, and Viktor V. Kapustin, Ukreximbank Chairman of the Board, in the presence of President of Croatia Stjepan Mesi and President of Ukraine Victor A. Yushchenko. The MOU stipulates general framework for cooperation and exchange of information on joint projects of mutual interest. Both parties focus on the financing of mutual trade, especially with regard to long-term projects aimed at encouraging the growth in trade volume between the two countries. The parties also agreed that volume of financing would increase in compliance with the growth of economic and trade partnership between Croatia and Ukraine.
