The JSC Ukreximbank borrowed USD 40m on the terms of subordinated loan
In February 2005 the JSC Ukreximbank borrowed USD 40m on the terms of subordinated loan, rated Ba2 by Moody's and B by Fitch.
The 5-year USD 40m subordinated loan of Dresdner Bank AG and UBS AG as joint lead-managers was the first such international borrowing by a Ukrainian bank. This was also the first Ukrainian subordinate listed at the stock exchange.
