21 january 2005 Rating Agency Fitch Ratings has upgraded Ukraine's Long-term foreign and local currency ratings to 'BB-' (BB minus) from 'B+'
The agency has also upgraded the Country Ceiling to 'BB-' (BB minus) from 'B+' and affirmed the Short-term rating at 'B'. The Outlook on the Long-term ratings is Stable.
